Our first function is to fully understand your investment strategy and objectives.

  • What is your investment strategy?
  • What size investment do you wish to make, and when?
  • What investment sectors are of particular interest?
  • Have you identified a specific investment, and simply need us to make it happen for you, or do you need us to give guidance on particular sectors, land, commercial property, trading companies, and so on?
  • Are you investing for mid-term or long-term returns?
  • Are you investing principally for income or, as in most cases, capital growth?

In general terms we provide the following:

  • Impartial advice on where and how to invest, or set up a business in the United Kingdom or globally.
  • Where relevant, information relating to funding, staffing and operations. Advice on the UK business environment on topics such as licensing, products and services, regulatory and legal systems, introduction of key contacts and professional services including lawyers, accountants, lobbyists, planning experts, etc.
  • Practical help on the ground including initial visits to suitable investment locations around the United Kingdom or globally.
  • Ongoing management of your investment.
  • Training and Industry Specific Expertise. We are often asked by clients to find and instruct experts in specific industries, for example, oil and gas or green renewable energy technology, to help them set up, modernise or expand their operations. We are always happy to undetake this, including negotiation of contract rates.
