We automatically offer this service to new investors but are happy also to help existing businesses in this area. The top priority with compliance is to set things up properly from the outset. Obviously this involves a certain amount of expense, but it is always more cost effective to prevent problems, rather than dealing with possible complaints or legal proceedings later.
